Yoga for Fertility (6 week block)

Fertility Yoga helps to produce the relaxation response and therefore reduces stress, increase blood flow to the uterus, increase lymphatic drainage, and respects the menstrual cycle. It’s a very feminine form of Yoga! Stress is known to affect fertility, and yoga is very effective at reducing stress. Even women without fertility challenges can find trying to have a baby, which is a process ultimately beyond our control, an anxiety-inducing experience. Classes are 90 minutes with around 60 minutes of Yoga and a 30 minute sharing circle in which sharing is optional! We will also invite some guest experts, on topics such as nutrition, essential oils, etc, that can assist you on your path to motherhood. We can do a book review - this will be guided by the group! This class is ideal for anyone trying to conceive consciously and those going through fertility challenges. It’s suitable for beginners. The class is in person at In the Moment Centre in Glasgow or online via Zoom. Classes will be recorded so if you miss a class during the 6 week block you can watch it later.
